1. DEFINITIONS

The general terms and conditions outlined below apply to all sales of goods and services by SC INTER INVEST & SERVICES SRL, through the online store www.posmagazin.ro, to the buyer.
The following terms are defined as follows:

• Goods and services: Any product or service to be provided by the seller to the buyer.
• Order: An electronic document through which the buyer requests to purchase goods or services presented in the online store www.posmagazin.ro.
• Contract: The order confirmed by the seller (confirmation may only be done by phone or electronically).

2. ORDER REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION

By placing an order (electronically or by phone) through the online store www.posmagazin.ro, the buyer agrees with the communication method used by the seller (electronic or phone).
An order consists of the following:

• Goods or services listed in the online store’s offer;
• Clear details regarding billing and delivery, as well as other special notes;
• Buyer's specifications.

Placing an order (electronically or by phone) does not constitute confirmation of the order or the contract. The complete steps are:

• Order registration: A unique number will be automatically generated for each order.
• Order processing by a sales agent, during the working hours displayed in the Contact section (Sales Department schedule).
• Order confirmation occurs after checking the order and product availability. Confirmation is made only by a sales agent, by phone or email.
• Order delivery is made after confirmation and after delivery details have been set by the sales or delivery agent and the buyer.

Products offered in the online store www.posmagazin.ro can only be sold based on an order. Orders will be processed as described above, during the Sales Department's working hours. An unconfirmed order does not guarantee product reservation. Orders will be honored in the chronological order they are registered in the database.

3. PRICES AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product prices and stock are updated every 24 hours to 5 days. Prices in orders and proforma invoices are valid for 3 days from the date of issuance.
For special order products, an advance payment of at least 30% of the product's value may be required.

If prices or other product details are displayed incorrectly, including due to database entry errors, we reserve the right to cancel those orders and notify customers as soon as possible.

The availability of products sold on www.posmagazin.ro will be confirmed by email or phone for each order.

4. PRODUCT DELIVERY

Product delivery is made according to the details provided on the “Delivery Terms” page.
The delivery times stated on that page apply from the moment of order confirmation, excluding non-working days, and may vary from 2 hours to 30 days.

For deliveries made by our own agents or by courier, it is recommended to inspect the products upon receipt to ensure they have no physical damage caused during transport.
Additionally, we recommend checking the product for correct specifications, included accessories, and functionality. In case of missing or inconsistent items, follow the steps below.
It is advised to perform this inspection immediately after receiving the order and report any issues within 48 hours of receipt to sales@posmagazin.ro.
The report should include information about the order, product condition, and preferably photos of the product/packaging.

This rule also applies to orders picked up from the showroom and products that were not checked on the test bench.

5. WARRANTIES

All products sold through www.posmagazin.ro, except for refurbished or second-hand items, are covered by warranty conditions in accordance with current legislation and the manufacturers’ or distributors’ commercial terms. All products are new (except for refurbished or SH items) and in original packaging.
Warranty for products sold by www.posmagazin.ro is provided by SC INTER INVEST & SERVICES SRL or by authorized service centers of the distributors or manufacturers.

6. PRODUCT RETURNS

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase and are subject to applicable laws.
Returned products must be in the same condition as received, with original labels intact, original warranty certificate (if issued by the manufacturer/distributor), and all accompanying documents.
The product must include all accessories/gifts received upon delivery.

If you purchased multiple items of the same type and wish to return them all, ensure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the remaining items will be accepted only if sealed.

Returns are not accepted for products with unauthorized modifications, signs of excessive wear or use, scratches, chips, mechanical/electrical damage, or missing accessories.
If the return package contains products that differ from those listed in the return form, and the discrepancy is confirmed by the courier upon checking, the package will be refused.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations if such failure is due to a force majeure event.
Force majeure refers to an unforeseen event, beyond the control of the parties, which cannot be avoided.

The terms and conditions for product sales on www.posmagazin.ro may be modified by mutual agreement of the company’s management. Proposed changes will be communicated in advance to all management members.
Discussion documents, as well as the decisions resulting from these discussions (summary of decisions), will be communicated to the General Shareholders' Assembly, after which the new provisions will be published on www.posmagazin.ro.

This regulation was adopted in the General Assembly meeting on May 5, 2025.
The terms of use outlined in this document take legal effect starting May 5, 2025.
The terms of use published on www.posmagazin.ro, as well as the consumer complaint resolution procedure, can be accessed, reviewed, and printed by the Client at any time. These are electronically archived by premiumbarcoffee.ro and serve as proof of legal relations between the parties.

This document represents the original Terms of Use and is signed by the General Director.
